  • Each reel includes 1 round of revisions with a 3–5 business day turnaround from shoot date.
  • Promotional videos include 2 rounds of revisions with a 4–7 business day turnaround from shoot date.
1 round = one set of notes with clear changes for post-production. Additional rounds available at an added cost.

02 Your part

  • Collaborate on scripting and approve content ideas.
  • Help schedule employees and talent for shoot days.
  • Provide any props or locations needed for the shoot.

03 Payment

  • Month-to-month basis — no long-term commitment needed.
  • Billed monthly at the start of each cycle.

04 Usage rights

  • You own the final delivered media, full stop.
  • HEAT Media retains the right to feature the work in our portfolio, website, and social media.
